DMG needed to emerge from the shadows of its early-stage app development. Within a few weeks, I identified key user pain points in the designated primary market and led a focused redesign effort from the ground-up. By streamlining navigation, simplifying task flows, and optimizing for speed and clarity, we delivered a 15x improvement in usability and functionality—turning a clunky, over-designed tool into a modern, high-performance experience built for scale.
I contributed to the development of a dynamic map view, designing intuitive widgets and contextual popovers to support fluid navigation for large-scale enterprise customers operating across nationwide locations.
